Dear Live Nation (including Verizon Wireless Music Center),
I hope your proposed merger with TicketMaster causes you both to FAIL!!!
As a CPA, I’m not gonna dispute the $5 “ticket tax”
I guess I can live with the $6 “parking fee” (but if 4 people carpool to the event, do we get a refund?)
But a 33% “Ticketing Fee” on top of the cost of a ticket is FREAKING RIDICULOUS!!!

PS – If anyone was curious where Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino’s $8.8 MILLION compensation came from (in 2007), it was probably these damned “ticketing fees”!!
